Hello friends! My name is Ernest Lagdameo and I’m this year’s Student Advisor for the Asian-American Pacific Islander Coalition (AAPIC) of San Diego State University. I’m a 5th year, Interdisciplinary Studies Major with an emphasis in Asian Studies, Communication, and Hospitality & Tourism Management.

I’ve been a part of student cultural organizations at SDSU for my entire college career, and I in joining AAPIC I hope to further develop the Inter-relations of the organizations representing all of the ethnicities in the Asian-American and Pacific-Islander (AAPI) community. By doing this I hope to advocate for better communication and empower all AAPI students to develop not only professional and leadership skills, but also to find their voice and passion.

On a less serious note, I’m very passionate about technology, I dance sometimes, I love reading, collecting knives, and playing video games. I have diverse interests, a broad range of random knowledge, and a multitude of hobbies.
